FIPES INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION Group is a company that deals with the analysis and the actions of governance systems at a national level in the areas of formation and in health emergencies. It has been credited as an accredited company by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education Institution UEMS and by the Italian Health Minister as an ECM Provider (n.48 in Italy, FIPES deals with formation, innovation, research and development in sectors of Formation, Healthcare Emergency Urgency and Defense).
FIPES Group International Education is also part of EEIG (European Economic Interest Grouping) and is consequently active in all those project initiatives on growth that the European Union fosters through the identification of framework programs. Members of EEIG are companies that cooperate in different economic fields, such as the common management of sales and purchases sectors; common research and development projects, and cooperation in the field of human resources, like the predisposition to formative courses.
FIPES Group International Education was founded in Italy in June 2003 and in Hungary in May 2014.
FIPES Group International Education has supported for 10 years health companies to develop an innovative and suited organization system. Not only it has done so through the planning of a number of formative procedures such as the Continuous Education in Medicine (ECM), formation on the field (FSC), distance learning (FAD) and home-learning (RES); but also through the qualification of innovation procedures and the introduction of information systems on research integration, defining a Formative Plan in synergy with the Corporate Strategic Plan.
FIPES Group International Education deals worldwide with the study and the realization of legislative governance systems. An example would be the formation system as a model of growth for every State and the study and implementation system of the out-of-hospital health emergency system.
What methodology does the FIPES apply?
FIPES adopts an integrated and participative development approach where a larger number of governance sectors in the areas of health and defense are included. The aim is to overcome the limits of a sectorial approach, which tends to promote specific and autonomous projects but whose added value never results in organic strategies that resolve complex problems of the development of a state.
This approach is the only one proven capable of reducing fragmentation and dispersion of resources, which are so frequent in cooperation. Moreover, it fosters development as it makes it possible to mobilize, through the concept of common interest, different institutions and social actors that work and live in the same territory. Finally, FIPES, through such an approach, means to promote the value of human resources in a territory.
Who are the experts of FIPES?
FIPES works with professors from the best European universities and with senior experts working in government, health and military areas, but also cooperating with famous scientific societies in an international level and in human development programs, generally through a series of agencies from the UN such as: PNUD, OIL, ACNUR, UNWOMEN, OMS UNESCO, Habitat, UNEP, UNOPS and more. All come from different national, cultural and professional backgrounds but are used to work together, recognizing the active role of the colleagues that work in the countries where they intervene.
